What we collect
Upon accessing our Web server, our Web server automatically recognizes your domain name but not your E-mail address (where possible). We will collect the domain name from which you log on, aggregate information on what pages you access or visit, user-specific information on what pages you access or visit and information volunteered by you (such as survey information and/or site registrations).
Whom we share it with
Inglenet will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to others unless we have your permission or are required by law. We will only share the personal data you provide online with other Inglenet entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described above. Such Inglenet entities and/or business partners, including those in the United States and/or any other countries, are governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of this data and are bound by the appropriate confidentiality agreements.
Inglenet has never sold it's mailing lists and has no plans to do so.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
To protect your privacy, Inglenet Business Solutions follows five principles in accordance with worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection.
PRINCIPLE 1 - NOTICE
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (Personal Information) or allows us to contact you. Generally this information is requested when you are asked to register before downloading software. We use your Personal Information to alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from Inglenet.
PRINCIPLE 2 - CONSENT
If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still use most of Inglenet.com. But you will not be able to access areas that require registration.
PRINCIPLE 3 - ACCESS
We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time using the Your Profile link on our Customer Menu. There, you can view and edit personal information you have already given us.
Once you register, you won't need to do it again. Wherever you go on Inglenet.com, your information stays with you.
PRINCIPLE 4 - SECURITY
Inglenet Business Solutions strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
PRINCIPLE 5 - ENFORCEMENT
As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal profile. When you register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification code, then send this personal identification code back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of information. This code is uniquely yours. It enables seamless travel across Inglenet.com, allowing you to download software, without having to fill out registration forms with information you've already provided.
Even if you switch computers, you won't have to re-register - just use your e-mail address and password to identify yourself.
